How long does it take for my package to arrive?
Your order will be delivered within 2 to 10 working days. This is an average delivery time; during busy periods, it may take a bit longer.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow your package.

What is your return policy?
If you wish to return an order, you can do so within 14 days after the track & trace code says it has been delivered.

What if I don't receive my package?

My product is broken or damaged, what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please send a photo of the damage along with your order number to orders@getthursday.com, and we’ll work together to find a suitable solution.
Why is shipping more expensive compared to large retailers?
Unfortunately, we are not Amazon. As much as we’d love to offer fast and free shipping, we’re a small-scale merch shop and can’t cover all the costs. To make up for this, we’ve set affordable prices, especially considering the top-tier quality of our products.
Is this sustainable?
Yes. All the clothes are made in Europe and sustainability is a high priority for our supplier. You can read their sustainability report here if you want more information.
Who is "Sunday"?
No, this is not a mistake as this is our clothing partner.
It’s a Belgian company from Roeselare and a big player on the market of qualitative branded clothing. They adapted our designs and produced the clothing. Sunday is known for qualitative products and has a great webshop platform that also handles the payments and distribution of the clothes for us.
How do I know the right size?
At product level, there is a size chart and also a video available on how to measure your size.
What should I do if I am between sizes?
If you are between sizes, you can choose the larger size if you want a looser fit, if you want a tighter fit, you can choose the smaller size.
Where is the clothing produced?
All clothing is produced within the EU (Poland - Łódź), compliant with EU regulations.
What about VAT?
All prices on the webshop include VAT.

Do I have to pay a customs fee?
For now, all customs fees are being taken care of by Thursday before your package arrives at the border. This ensures a smooth delivery without lengthy customs formalities.
Thursday has the right to change this policy at any time.
What can I do if an item/size is sold out?
We work with limited drops and depending on the demand, we restock asap.
